邁入第31個年頭，eisenmann始終專注給客戶獨特的聽覺感受

1988年，創辦人Rolf Eisenmann為自己的保時捷打造排氣管後，一眨眼就做了30年，不僅提供產品對應 Audi/ BMW/ Mercedes-Benz/ Porsche/ Skoda/ VW車系，也是Porsche/ BMW/ Mercedes 御用的上游排氣管供應商之一，主因來自 eisenmann 「什麼都可以在自家裡做」，無論是頭中尾段、尾飾管、甚或排氣管束環都能依客戶需要開發製作。維京曾經親臨eisenmann生產工廠多次，無論是廠外成山的原料，或者廠內眾多研發工程師，雷射切割、彎管、洗床…軟硬體設備一應俱全，三家主要原廠客戶的產品也都在分別的廠房內加工以保護各家設計機密。多年來，eisenmann始終是德系車主升級排氣管首選之一，尤其Porshce、BMW跟Mercedes車系，產品開發也都緊跟著新車發表不久問世。Youtube上始終熱烈的影片分享可見一斑。

  • Scanning the underbody for optimal use of the installation space.
  • Construction of the construction space and development of a sample plant in CAD
  • Create multiple prototypes to optimize the sound design and avoid unpleasant interference frequencies. This is how the characteristic Eisenmann sound is created.
  • Optimizing the exhaust system for series production
  • Further development for various tailpipe variants and one RACE / Export version
  • Development of an app for the exhaust flap control
  • Acceptance tests with the TÜV for the EC general operating license
  • Exhibition of the EC general operating approval by the KBA
